Controller

The controller of personal data is The Typescript Company OÜ, reg. nr 16689297, Liivaoja 12/2-27, 10155 Tallinn, kaarel@rehviekspress.ee.

Request form

When you send a request on the “For shops” page, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you add it), the shop name and your message.

We use this data only to answer the request and to change the list. The legal basis is your request and our legitimate interest in keeping the list correct.

We keep requests for up to 2 years. Then we delete them.

Who else sees the data

Resend delivers the request to our mailbox. The server that runs the site stores the database.

Google reCAPTCHA protects the form from spam. For this, Google receives your IP address and browser data and can set cookies. See Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

The map loads its images from OpenStreetMap servers. These servers see your IP address.

We do not sell or give the data to anyone else.

Statistics and cookies

We count views of shop pages, button clicks, and ad views and clicks. We do not store IP addresses, browser data or cookies for this. The numbers cannot be linked to you.

The site itself sets no cookies. Only Google reCAPTCHA on the request form can set cookies.

Shop data

Shop names, addresses, phone numbers and prices come from the shops' own websites and OpenStreetMap. If the data is wrong or you do not want your shop in the list, use the form on the “For shops” page.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for your data, to correct or delete it, and to object to the processing. Write to kaarel@rehviekspress.ee.
